You can check the services offered in each car park on their webpage
Once the purchase has been made, we will send you an email informing you of the process to redeem your product.
The sale is currently reserved only for natural persons. You can request an invoice only during the purchase phase of the product by entering your data. Afterwards it will no longer be possible to request it.
It depends on the car park you selected. Review carefully access instructions and how to redeem your product in your purchase confirmation.
All prices include VAT. The amount paid at the time of purchase will always be the total amount payable.
You can check the maximum height of each car park on their webpage.
Any additional time is payable when you exit the car park, at standard rates.
You can check if the car park has electric vehicle charging stations on their webpage.
The product purchased is a multi-day ticket valid from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 11:59 pm on the day of departure. During your stay you can take advantage of the 24-hour parking and enter and exit as many times as you want.
All our car parks allow parking, on the first basement, for LPG powered cars equipped with safety devices that comply with ECE / UN 67/01 regulation.

My Saba
You will be able to cancel MySaba in the "My details" section. This will delete your account.
You can access all your details from your user account, from where you will be able to change your password. A confirmation email will be sent to you afterwards.
If you have successfully registered on MySaba, you will receive a welcome message which will indicate that everything is correct.
We will send a confirmation email to the email address used to make the purchase.
Saba will be able to deactivate your account for incorrect use. More information in the section Terms and conditions of purchase.

Select "I've forgotten my password" when trying to access your account My Saba. Enter your email address and we will send you a link where you will be able to reset it.
SUBSCRIBERS
SUBSCRIBERS
You can make use of your monthly subscription starting from its first day of validity, using the QR code shown in the confirmation email to entry and exit parking. In order to formalize your purchase, you have to print the subscription contract, the regulations for use and disclosure for the received email privacy, sign each document and refer the scanning or photo to:
abbonamentiweb@saba.eu.
If you have completed the contract formalization process, when it expires, you can renew it directly at the ATMs in the car park.
The promotional price is valid only and exclusively for your first online purchase.
The clerk at the booth will give you the contract, the rules and conditions of use for you to sign. In case of absent clerk, you can send your request through the intercom at the doors or machines.
You can request your bill at the booth when signing your subscription contract.
TELEPASS/ UNIPOL MOVE
Telepass
- Entry, exit and payment of Telepass customers takes place via the device.
- Entry, exit and payment of UnipolMove customers is done by plate reader.
- With both systems there is no need to collect the ticket on entry; simply approach the barrier on entry and exit and wait a few seconds for it to open.
- For Telepass customers, the invoice is issued by Telepass itself on behalf of our company; therefore, any invoice request must be sent to Telepass.
- UnipolMove customers must send invoice requests to our company.
Any clarifications, explanations or requests for reimbursement must be forwarded to Telepass or UnipolMove through the dedicated channels.
You can give the identification code of new device to the clerk at the parking booth. Former TELEPASS will deactivate, and the new one will be again associated to subscription card.
If you are registered on our website, log in to My Saba and update your VIA T (TELEPASS) information, such as number and expiration date.
You must go to the facility's offices with your reservation identification code and your Telepass device or number plate registered on UnipolMove to request immediate cancellation of the transaction. In the absence of staff, you can make the request at our control room active H24, via the intercom system at the automatic cash machines and at the gates.
